Delivery Scheduling
Within 1–5 working days of dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your scheduled delivery date and a 4-hour time slot.
Our delivery partner will require confirmation before attempting delivery, ensuring you’re available to receive your items.
On the day of delivery, the courier will call you 10–30 minutes before arrival.

Free Delivery: We offer free 2-man room-of-choice delivery across most of the UK mainland.
Additional Charges: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may be subject to a delivery surcharge.

Failed Deliveries

Any refund issued will have the failed delivery charge and a 50% restocking fee deducted.
