At Midas Beds, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why all eligible beds and mattresses come with a 5 Year Warranty for your peace of mind.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers structural defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Frame or base structural failure
- Manufacturing faults in the mattress core or springs
- Significant defects that affect the performance of the product
This ensures your bed or mattress performs as it should over time.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing issues — not general wear or comfort preferences.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes in comfort or firmness
- Minor settling or compression over time
- Damage caused by misuse, stains, or improper care
- Accidental or cosmetic damage
How the Warranty Works
Year 1 – Full Manufacturer’s Guarantee
In the first year, you’re fully covered.
If a valid structural defect is found, we will repair or replace your item at no cost.
Years 2–5 – Pro-Rated Coverage
From year 2 onwards, the warranty is provided on a pro-rated basis, meaning the value of your claim decreases over time.
If a valid defect is confirmed, you’ll receive a contribution towards repair or replacement based on the age of your product.
Example Coverage
- Year 2: Up to 80% of original value
- Year 3: Up to 60%
- Year 4: Up to 40%
- Year 5: Up to 20%
(Percentages are a guide and may vary depending on the product and issue.)
Making a Claim
If you believe your product has a structural defect:
- Contact our support team
- Provide photos and a brief description of the issue
- We’ll assess and guide you through the next steps
Important Notes
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only
- The product must be used under normal domestic conditions
