Once your order has been placed:
- Your order is sent to our manufacturing team for production.
- Once ready, your order is passed to our trusted delivery partner.
- Your order is allocated to a delivery route.
- You will be contacted by email or SMS with your confirmed date.
- Your order is delivered by our 2-man team to the room of your choice.
Standard delivery is 3–7 working days to mainland UK.
Once your order is ready and scheduled for delivery, our delivery partner will contact you directly by email or SMS with your confirmed delivery date. This is usually sent 24–48 hours before your delivery.
On the day of delivery, the delivery team will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
